Coach Jason Littleton

With 15 years of experience and a diverse athletic background, Jason brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. His accomplishments include:

  • 30+ Spartan and Tough Mudder obstacle course races 

  • St. Patrick’s Day Olympic Weightlifting event at Cal State Fullerton

  • Huntington Beach half marathon

  • Muay Thai exhibition match

  • Rehabilitated himself after suffering an AC separation during a motorcycle accident.

In addition to all the above, Jason is a Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator, specializing in strength and conditioning for police, fire, military and EMT personnel. He has trained with the La Habra Police Department, North Orange County S.W.A.T., San Bernardino County Sheriffs, and Apple Valley Fire Department, as well as participate in active shooter drills with the North Orange County S.W.A.T. Teams.

Coach Julia Littleton

With 10 years of experience as an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, and a CSCS in the making, Coach Julia’s physical strengths and performance in the gym and on the soccer field are a direct result of her ability to take the scientific methods of kinesiology to plot the shortest distance between where you are now and your desired end result. Her skillset promises you will achieve maximum results with each rep while minimizing your exposure to injury, allowing you to train at your highest level so you spend more time enjoying the results you’re working toward outside of the gym. Julia is the backbone of JL PER4MANCE. Her strength in data analysis guarantees your progress at every training session.
